Mission Statement:
To protect the South Dakota consumers of counseling services by voluntary licensing of qualified counselor applicants, monitoring continuing education and annual reporting requirements, as well as enforcement of updated statutes and rules promulgated to regulate the licensing and practice of professional counseling.
