What Is the State Plan?
The State Plan is the official document submitted by the Department of Human Services to the Rehabilitation Services Administration to report activities conducted in the past year and to plan future activities in the delivery of vocational rehabilitation services in the state. The State Plan process requires public input and input from the Boards of Vocational Rehabilitation.
The State Plan consists of two components:

document that repeats the Rehabilitation Act and allows some options for
delivery of rehabilitation services in the State. (Updated
Attachments: 14 attachments are associated with sections of the preprint. Sometimes they give a historical picture of the past year, other times they are future projections, goals or strategies. The attachments also may contain other information such as description of policies.
