The Transition Services Liaison Project (TSLP)
The Transition Services Liaison Project (TSLP) partners with vocational rehabilitation to create this and other activities designed to assist youth with disabilities to move from high school into the world of work or post secondary school. The Youth Leadership Forum (YLF) has proven to be a unique career and leadership training program for high school juniors and seniors.
