Board Minutes
The Board of SBVI is the official State Rehabilitation Advisory Council to the Division of Service to the Blind and Visually Impaired. The board's mission is to provide advice and guidance to SBVI in development of policies and programs that blind and visually impaired citizens of South Dakota have access to in vocational rehabilitation and independent living.
