Department of Human Services (DHS)
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
As a Title II ADA entity the Department of Human Services (DHS) is committed to providing equal opportunity to everyone participating in our services, programs or activities. We strive to ensure that no qualified individual with a disability shall, on the basis of disability, be excluded from participation in, or be denied the benefits of the services, programs or activities available from our department.
This requires DHS to evaluate our current services, policies and practices. This is known as a self-evaluation. This web page is provided to give you access to DHS ADA policies and information required by ADA Title II entities.
The following information and documents are in place as part of the DHS ADA Compliance efforts.
