Mission Statement

The mission of the Division of Service to the Blind and Visually Impaired (SBVI) is to provide individualized rehabilitation services that result in optimal employment and independent living outcomes for citizens who are blind or visually impaired.

WIOA 2022 Unified State Plan Public Hearing and Comment Period

Public Comment

The South Dakota Department of Human Services (DHS) and Department of Labor and Regulation (DLR) will take public comment on the draft of the WIOA 2022 Unified State Plan from Jan. 14, 2022, through Feb. 14, 2022.
